What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not the developer or publisher of any game described here. We cannot recover a game account, refund an in-app purchase, restore lost items or escalate a support ticket. For any of that, contact the game’s own customer support through the game or its official website. If you need a refund for a mobile purchase, the request normally goes to Apple or Google rather than to the game publisher.

- Account credentials, passwords or recovery codes — we will never ask for them and we do not want them.
- Payment card details or copies of identity documents.
- Unsolicited commercial proposals for link insertion or sponsored posts presented as editorial. See the editorial policy for why that will be declined.
