These terms govern your use of meritor.online (“the site”), published by Chobichous s.r.o.. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What the site is

The site publishes editorial articles about mobile games. It is an information service. It is not a shop, it does not take payment, it does not create user accounts and it does not operate the games it writes about.

2. No professional advice, no guaranteed outcome

The content is general information written for a general audience. It is not financial, legal or psychological advice. Games change: publishers rebalance mechanics, change prices and remove or add features without notice. Anything written here may become out of date, and in case of any divergence the game publisher’s own information prevails over ours.

We make no promise about any result you may obtain in a game, and we never claim that following our articles will produce a particular outcome.

3. Advertising and partner links

Some links on this site are commercial. They are marked “partner link”, they carry the rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute, and the advertiser may pay us a commission if you install the advertised application after following one. You pay nothing extra. Full details are in the advertising disclosure.

We are not a party to any relationship you then form with the advertiser. The advertiser’s own terms, privacy policy and age restrictions apply from the moment you leave this site.

4. Age and in-app purchases

This site is written for an adult audience. The games we describe may be rated for younger players, but they contain optional purchases with randomised outcomes. If a minor uses your device, use the parental controls built into iOS and Android to disable or password-protect in-app purchases.

5. Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, stylesheet and structure of this site belong to Chobichous s.r.o. or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a visible credit and a link back. You may not republish a whole article, reproduce the illustrations separately, or use the content to train an automated system for commercial redistribution, without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to probe it for vulnerabilities without our written agreement, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to use it for anything unlawful.

7. External links

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so because it was useful at the time of writing. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their advertising or their data practices.

8. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruption or of error. To the extent permitted by law, Chobichous s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you visit is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Czech law applies. Disputes fall to the competent Czech courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
